In an effort to provide the highest quality of care to our clients and their families, CHAS home care sends out a satisfaction survey to all those receiving our service. The feedback from these surveys is used to determine our clients' satisfaction with CHAS. All areas of service are evaluated beginning from the clients first contact with our company, through the level of satisfaction with the caregiver and our problem resolution skills.
